AQUA FIT

Get ready to dive into the pool and work out with John! Buoyancy helps the body not to strain since the weight in the water is less than the real one and the pulses in the water are reduced by about 10/minute. Body parts that are inside the water tighten faster, while at the same time, the pressure on the ‘problematic’ areas is reduced, due to the resistance created by the water. Inside the pool, water temperature compensates for that of the body and thus the circulatory system sends blood to the muscles, instead of trying to reduce the increased temperature of the body, which becomes even more intense in the summer.
