  • In case of cancellation of the court reservation outside the above time frame, the court reservation will be charged as normal.<\/li>
  • In case of no-show, the no valid cancellation policy applies.<\/li>
  • Players must contact the secretariat themselves if the game will be played in inclement weather conditions.<\/li><\/ul>

          The validity period of the prepaid card starts from the day of the prepaid card transaction.<\/p>

          There is no freeze or extension of prepaid cards.<\/p>

          The prepaid card is charged before the start of the predetermined game in accordance with the cancellation policy stated above.<\/p>

          Free courts are provided to the customer once the full amount of the card has been used. The free courts do not include any additional charges such as lights and extras. The prepaid cardholder must pay the extra charges before entering the stadium.<\/p>

          You can check the balance of your card at the reception desk.<\/p><\/div>

          INFORMATION ON THE OPERATION OF THE BELIVE FAMILY SPORTS CLUB TENNIS COURTS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

          The minimum use\/rental of a tennis court is 60 minutes for both hard courts and clay courts.<\/p>

          The opening hours of the courts are as follows:<\/p>

          Monday – Friday : 08:00-23:00 (22:00-23:00 last rental)<\/p>

          Saturday: 09:00-21:00 (20:00-21:00 last rental)<\/p>

          Sunday: 09:00-12:00 & 17:00-21:00 (20:00-21:00 last rental)<\/p>

          A court can be booked in the following ways:<\/p>

          1. via the Belive Family Sports Club reception (in person)<\/li>
          2. by phone at 2821033900<\/li><\/ol>

            \u039a\u0391\u039d\u039f\u039d\u0399\u03a3\u039c\u039f\u0399 \u03a7\u03a1\u0397\u03a3\u0397\u03a3\/\u0395\u039d\u039f\u0399\u039a\u0399\u0391\u03a3\u0397\u03a3 \u03a4\u03a9\u039d \u0393\u0397\u03a0\u0395\u0394\u03a9\u039d<\/u><\/p>

            • Pre-booking of a court can only be done through the Belive FSC Secretariat with a maximum of 3 days notice. The next booking can be made once the previous scheduled booking has been completed.<\/li>
            • The court rental includes free use of the changing rooms and aerobic machines in the gym 15 minutes before the start of the scheduled booking and 15 minutes after the end of the scheduled booking.<\/li>
            • In order to make a court reservation, the names of all players entering the court and at least one contact phone number must be provided to the front desk.<\/li>
            • Players can find out about the pricing policy and the policy for the use of the courts at the reception and by telephone.<\/li>
            • Players are required BEFORE each game to report to the front office and settle their financial obligations and to receive the court key. The key is returned to the secretariat after the end of the game. In case of loss of the key, the financial charge is 5\u20ac.<\/li>
            • Each reservation cannot exceed 2 consecutive hours. In case the court is free the next hour, the use of the court can be continued with an additional charge.<\/li>
            • Entrance and exit to and from the stadium must be at the predetermined changeover time. In the event that a match, set or game is called at the previous time there is a 5 minute grace period by the next players and by Belive Family Sports Club. At the end of the tolerance period and as long as the court is clear, use of the court may be resumed for an additional charge.<\/li>
            • Players on the clay courts must lay the clay courts 5 minutes before the end of their reservation and give them to the next players ready for use.<\/li>
            • No one is allowed on the courts except those persons scheduled to use them.<\/li>
            • Persons not wearing tennis shoes suitable for tennis are prohibited from entering. Spectators and friends of players are required to sit outside the playing area (courtyard , cafeteria , bleachers).<\/li>
            • The behavior of athletes and coaches must be decent throughout the training and during their stay at the Belive Fsc facilities. Respect for teammates and staff as well as keeping the facilities clean are considered mandatory. Each player is required to keep the area clean and to remove all items (balls, boxes, bottles, paper, etc.) from the court and to leave the court and seats clean. Hitting the racket on the court, blasphemy, irony towards others , players and non-players is prohibited.<\/li>
            • In the event of a breach of the user operating rules, the management of Belive Family Sports Club has the right to investigate the incident and impose sanctions which may include:<\/li><\/ul>
              1. Warning.<\/li>
              2. Temporary ban on entry to the facilities.<\/li>
              3. Permanent ban on entry to the facilities and loss of membership.<\/li><\/ol>
